The Gruberbäckerei is COOPERATIONS’ inclusive bakery in Wiltz, combining traditional bakery craftsmanship with professional inclusion. Fresh bread, baguettes, rolls, croissants, pastries and other baked goods are prepared here every day. The products are sold, among other places, at Ale Moart, the Kiischpelter Duerftreff and through other COOPERATIONS activities. The legendary Ben&Daves Cookies are also baked, packed and shipped here.
The Gruberbäckerei also supplies Maison Relais facilities, schools, partners and other customers in and around Wiltz.
In this way, the bakery combines artisanal quality, regional supply and meaningful inclusive employment.
