Meeting Room

Thanks to its generous proportions the Meeting Room provides a pleasant setting for events, and is particularly suited for workshops, assemblies and further education courses. It is equipped with large conference tables and a mini-cafeteria.

• availability: on weekdays between 8:30 and 21:30 hrs
• capacity: seating capacity for up to 40 people 
• equipment: six large tables plus a mini-cafeteria (coffee and water included in the price)
• technical equipment: screen and beamer incl. sound, one flipchart and one presenter’s kit are provided
• technical support: not required
• rental rates:
  • € 50,- half-day rate (up to five hours)
  • € 100,- full-day rate
  • Rent-free for local associations hosting non-commercial events.
