The DONO workshop gives new life to materials that would otherwise be discarded, transforming them into practical, durable and design-focused products. After upcycling, among other materials, 12,000 m² of plastic tarpaulins from the renovation works on the Adolphe Bridge, the team now creates bags, accessories, pouches, promotional items and customised small series from reused materials.
DONO also develops tailor-made projects together with companies, institutions and municipalities, including KPMG, the City of Luxembourg, the City of Wiltz, the European Investment Bank and Rotondes. These collaborations explore new ways of reusing tarpaulins, textiles and other materials that are no longer needed.
Through this work, DONO brings together upcycling, design, the circular economy and professional inclusion, turning waste into useful, high-quality products with a story and purpose.
