Projet+ supports employees with recognised disabled-worker status in developing and putting their individual professional goals into practice.
The support is individualised, voluntary and person-centred, taking into account each person’s skills, aspirations, pace and the realities of the labour market. Through practical experiences, internal placements in COOPERATIONS workshops and external internships, participants can explore different professions, develop transferable skills and prepare for professional mobility.
Projet+ strengthens autonomy, self-confidence and the ability to take an active role in one’s own professional journey, while also providing support for workplace well-being when needed. It offers a safe environment in which people can experiment, develop their skills and gradually build a professional path that suits their individual needs and ambitions.
